The 322 Amherst marketing campaign included a website, video, email campaign, craigslist postings, and postcards.
This video was part of a broader marketing campaign that my wife and I created for the sale of our own home. In addition to the video, we created a website, email campaign, craigslist postings, and postcards which were sent to over 550 professionals in the Albuquerque area, including brokers, agents, lenders, inspectors and anyone else involved in the local real estate industry.

We also entered into a limited agreement with H.Gray & Company Realtors to gain acces to the multilist (MLS). All of the marketing collateral was designed with the same branding elements to create a consistent look and message and were timed to reach the web, email boxes and snail mail boxes one day before the property was to go on sale. At the time of listing, this was the highest price-per-square-foot residential property in the neighborhood.

This strategy paid off and we received a 98.5% offer from the second viewing on the first day the house was on the market. Before going under contract, after several days of negotiation, we had two backup offers, one of them full price, before the end of the first week.

SOLD in One Day!

  • This may sound incredible to some, especially in the market climate in which it was sold, but this is not the first time we sold a house the first day. We used the same marketing strategy in selling a house in Pennsylvania and one in Asheville, NC and both sold to the first party who walked through the door. We had full-price written offers for both within the first 20 minutes it was for sale.
