Copper Beech Farm • Greenwich, CT

Copper Beech Farm, a 50-acre estate in Greenwich, Connecticut, was listed for sale with David Ogilvy & Associates, an exclusive affiliate of Christie's International Real Estate (CIRE), in May, 2013 for a record-setting $190,000,000 asking price.

As a video producer and editor for CIRE I was invited to Connecticut to shoot a marketing video of the property in June and I was accompanied by broker David Ogilvy. At the property, I hooked him up with a lavelier mic in the living room where he ad-libbed a 17-minute voiceover while I shot the property exteriors and interiors in under 4 hours without an assistant.

In April, 2014, just 5 months after the finished video was launched on YouTube, Vimeo and the CIRE website, the house sold for a record price for a single-family residence of $120,000,000. As of this writing (June 2, 2017) the following analytics apply to the video:
